Previously, due to bandwidth constraints, hundreds of sensors underground can only be monitored, not real-time monitoring. Now, the explosion-proof 5g equipment is adopted, which can realize high-definition video communication between the well and underground, multi-channel high-definition video can be transmitted back at the same time, equipment remote control and other innovative applications. Looking underground is like looking at the ground. This was impossible before. In the future, the coal mine is expected to realize more innovations such as unmanned operation of mining faces and unmanned driving of transportation vehicles, so as to continuously improve the efficiency of the coal mine and improve the working environment of employees. 5g industries that started relatively early have successfully begun to replicate each other, such as digital ports. Ningbo Zhoushan port is the largest port in the world and was the first to introduce 5g technology into the production system. At present, Zhoushan port has initially built a 5g smart port. Taking tire crane operation as an example, 5g remote operation has become the norm. 90% of the operations are completed by machines, and the driver only needs to intervene in the two operations of grabbing/unloading containers; In the past, one person can only operate one tire crane, but now it can operate 4 to 6, greatly improving the production and operation efficiency. After the introduction of ICT technology, it is estimated that Ningbo Zhoushan port will reduce production costs by 2.5 billion yuan in 10 years. At present, large ports in China, such as Xiamen Yuanhai port, Shanghai Yangshan Port, Qingdao port and Tianjin, have begun to apply on a large scale. 5g unmanned container trucks, 5g intelligent tally, unmanned aerial vehicle patrol inspection and other applications are gradually being promoted. There are 4300 + ports in the world, and there are about 35000 tire cranes to be transformed alone. In the future, ICT will have a huge application space in ports
intelligent manufacturing has been practiced for many years, and we gradually see some new benchmark applications. Among them, aircraft manufacturing is the crown of manufacturing industry. European and Chinese enterprises are actively transforming intelligent manufacturing. Here I will talk about a small scene of machine vision. As we all know, carbon fiber materials are widely used in the manufacture of aircraft fuselage, with up to 70 layers of superimposed materials, and the seam gap of each layer of materials is required to be less than 2mm. Traditional manual inspection, 40 minutes for each layer; If it is unqualified, the whole layer shall be paved again; Manual quality inspection is time-consuming and laborious, and the detection is not accurate, which wastes materials. COMAC adopted 5g+ai intelligent eye detection, which reduced the detection time from 40 minutes to less than 1 minute, and also reduced the waste by more than 90%. Airbus, realizing digital assembly, has not only achieved remote delivery in the epidemic, but also greatly reduced the delivery time. New benchmarks of Intelligent Manufacturing in the industry are constantly emerging
