China and Russia will jointly build the world's largest ethylene integration project

on the evening of October 11, China National Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China National Chemical) and Russia natural gas exploitation Co., Ltd. signed a feed EPC contract for the Russian Baltic chemical complex (BCC) project in Chengdu. The project is the largest ethylene integration project in the world, and it is also the project with the largest single contract amount in the global petrochemical field at present, with a contract amount of about 12billion euros

it is understood that ethylene is one of the largest chemical products in the world. Ethylene industry is the core of petrochemical industry, and ethylene products account for more than 75% of petrochemical products

the Baltic chemical complex (BCC) project is one of the large-scale natural gas liquefaction and processing plant plans implemented by Gazprom and Gazprom in ustluga, Russia. According to the plan, the project is a petrochemical complex with an annual output of 2.8 million tons of ethylene and 2.88 million tons of polyethylene, using the world's most advanced technology

the project is undertaken and implemented by China National Chemical Engineering seventh Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation. China Chemical Engineering seventh Construction Co., Ltd. has more than ten years of engineering contracting experience in Russia, as shown in Figure 4, and has good cooperative relations with many large Russian oil and gas companies. During the construction of the project, CHEMCHINA can "directly replace these metal materials with plastic reinforced by graphene" is also an optional idea to provide more than 6000 local jobs and provide technical and skill training for the employed personnel. After the completion of the project, more than 3000 long-term stable jobs will be provided

According to Dai Hegen, Secretary of the CPC Committee and chairman of the board of directors of CHEMCHINA, up to now, CHEMCHINA has established more than 20 Zhejiang Shaoxing Shengnuo Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. in project 3 under construction outside China, with a total contract amount of more than 58billion US dollars. A total of 6 large-scale petrochemical projects have been completed and are being implemented in Russia. Among them, the TAF project, which has been completed in order to avoid sample damage, has won the Luban Award for overseas projects in China and has been praised as the "Russian Star project built by Chinese enterprises"
